Lion Containers designed and built two fully modified 10ft turnstile containers, using new (one-trip) units to ensure durability and quality.

Internal Modifications

• Full-height 3-wing turnstiles with galvanised and powder-coated frames
• Finished in RAL 5012 Light Blue
• Integrated keypads and proximity card readers (up to 200 users)
• 200mm x 200mm gland plates for cable management

External Modifications

• Containers painted in RAL 1018 for a bright and professional finish
• Installed crank-operated galvanised roller shutter doors (approx. 2440mm x 2440mm)
• Positioned opposite cargo doors for efficient flow of movement

Delivery

Lion completed the full build in just 24 days, ensuring the client could move forward with their operations without delay.

In addition, the containers arrived fully assembled and ready to use, which eliminated the need for further on-site work.
