Container Lining Example | Art Gallery

We built a plush art gallery for a London school, it needed to maximise space and light and was constructed from four 20ft high cube containers. Throughout the internal structure, spray foam insulation was applied and 60mm rigid Kingspan boards were applied to the walls over the spray foam insulation. The boards were then overlaid with marine grade plywood lining which was in turn painted white to provide the final finish to the gallery walls. Read more…

Container Lining Example | Television Broadcast Studio

We supplied a television broadcaster with a studio for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Partitions were fabricated from a timber frame lined with Celotex board in order to create separate rooms within each floor. For the purpose of sound-proofing, the partitions were lined with 12mm acoustic overlay board which was then painted matt black to assist with lighting during filming within the structure. The walls, ceilings and cargo doors of each of the floors were lined with 12mm ply and insulated with rockwool insulaton. The roof of the second unit was also acoustically lined to assist with sound during filming. Read more…
