Due to the nature of what some of our customers store, standard 8ft cargo doors at one end of their shipping container are sometimes insufficient. As a result, we promote a number of door solutions as an alternative or to compliment cargo doors, these include personnel doors, tunnels (cargo doors at both ends), side cargo doors and roller shutter doors. Roller shutter doors can be added to the end or side panel of a container to provide extra space, improved loading options and improved ease of loading/un-loading your container. Similarly, from a non-storage point of view roller shutters have a wide variety of uses, for example, a roller shutter with a ledge provides the perfect serving facility, portable bar, pop up retail establishment etc. Lion Containers roller shutter doors come in a variety of sizes to best suit your application, due to our high security and high quality conversions they do not impede the security or weatherproofing of the container. When you place an order for a container with roller shutter doors a full specification and CAD drawing will be supplied. Containers outlive their usefulness after a certain amount of time, but instead of them sitting abandoned at shipyards, if you already own a container you can make good use of it.
