Website was easy to navigate with plenty of info, response from sales staff was very quick, helpful and informative. Lucy was lovely and quick at getting things moving. The process was clear and precise, there was no problem in sorting out the order. I emailed Lucy after the delivery to discuss further questions we had, and all was dealt with promptly.
