Internal Modifications 

• Installed food-safe internal lining throughout the container bar.

• Completed a full electrical fit-out to support lighting and service equipment. 
• Installed stainless steel worktops designed to allow mini fridges to fit underneath. 
• Added a serving window with a DDA drop, allowing easy access for all accessibility requirements. 
• Installed a personnel door to provide safe and practical staff access. 

External Modifications and Branding 

• Repainted the container in RAL 9010 White for a clean, professional finish. 
• Installed an electric roller shutter for secure and easy operation during service and close-down. 
• Added additional steel reinforcement around the serving opening for strength and longevity. 
• Created a strong visual base so branding stands out clearly on matchdays and events. 

Build Time and Delivery 

• Completed the build within eight weeks. 
• Visited the Walsall site before delivery to assess ground conditions. 
• Installed levelling blocks to ensure a stable and even base. 
• The conversions team were on site during delivery to manage placement smoothly.
