Insulation & Interior Finish 

• Lion fully lined and insulated the walls and doors with 9mm plywood and 2mm aluminium sheet panels.

• This kept the internal environment dry, stable, and suitable for sensitive equipment. 

• A steel floor was painted with two-pack paint for durability and corrosion protection. 

Electrics & Air Conditioning 

• Standard electrics were fitted throughout, including lighting. 

• Lion installed two air conditioning units – one on each side for even temperature control. 

• Each external air conditioning unit was protected with a steel safety cage to prevent damage. 

Finish & Delivery 

• The team painted the exterior in RAL 9003 White, creating a bright, professional appearance.
