The initial container delivered looked like the US Marines had been using it for target practice, the crane was booked, install team were coming on site in 18 hours and the container was not, in my opinion fit for purpose. I called Laura, there was a short exchange of photos and emails and Laura suggested an upgrade. With no talk of blame from either of us, Laura arranged for another container to be delivered. This was absolutely spot on, the replacement was perfect and the service was inspirational. Things rarely go to plan and working with Lion Containers reminded me that the difference between good and great is not just about getting right, it is about doing the right things. If I can find a Laura for my business I would rest easy knowing that she cared as much about my customers as I do, and that she would do everything she could to keep the promises made by the business.
