Just a quick line to say, THANK YOU for all the sterling work and effort made by Lion Containers to accommodate our requirements in such a tight time frame. The Containers look good and are nearly full already. We shall wonder how we ever managed without them. Please can you also pass on our thanks to Michael, the lorry driver. He had a very long day and kept cheerful throughout, and kept us up to date with delivery times etc. All of the above has indeed been very much appreciated and should we require containers again, we shall be in touch. Another great container very professionally delivered with great service.

Just a quick thank you for the work done in getting the container to us. Could you please pass on a thank you to the haulage company whose driver was brilliant on the day? The drop off wasnÂ’t easy but he was very accommodating and professional. Very happy with the container.

The initial container delivered looked like the US Marines had been using it for target practice, the crane was booked, install team were coming on site in 18 hours and the container was not, in my opinion fit for purpose. I called Laura, there was a short exchange of photos and emails and Laura suggested an upgrade. With no talk of blame from either of us, Laura arranged for another container to be delivered. This was absolutely spot on, the replacement was perfect and the service was inspirational. Things rarely go to plan and working with Lion Containers reminded me that the difference between good and great is not just about getting right, it is about doing the right things. If I can find a Laura for my business I would rest easy knowing that she cared as much about my customers as I do, and that she would do everything she could to keep the promises made by the business.
