We’d just like to put on record how very pleased we are with the last consignment of 4 containers, and the one that you have just replaced for us. The 5 new ones are so much better than almost any of the others we have ever received from you; they are newer and in better condition, and easier to open and shut. We now have tenants using them, and they are all very happy. As ever, we would like to say too how pleased we have been with your driver, who we think has made all the deliveries here; he has always been very careful and helpful and pleasant. You have now delivered us 28 containers, over about 4 years, and we have been impressed and pleased with your service. Very many thanks.
