Concepts

Lion Containers have many years experience planning and constructing complicated buildings with modified shipping containers. For larger jobs it is wise to have technical drawings of the concept. These help envisage the project and can be used for presentations to members of the board or sourcing venture capital.

Meet and discuss the project

It is essential that one of our more senior staff arranges a meeting, in person or online, to discuss the overall project. We have a lot of experience with many forms of container modifications, and often the original design brief may change or develop with our expert advice.

Producing the drawings

Once the ‘plan of action’ has been formalised, it is time to draw sketches and technical drawings. There are always opportunities to amend the plans as the concept progresses into a set of tangible drawings.

Preparing the Presentation Report

Often with more complicated modifications, multiple linked containers and bigger project budgets, a formal presentation document is required. You may have a board of directors to approve the project, or you may require venture capital. Either way, it is imperative to produce a professional set of plans, costings and artists impressions.
At Lion Containers we will ensure your ‘presentation’ is of the same high standard as our workmanship.
