Our West Midlands based property development client, Umberslade Securities Ltd, have years of experience in the residential, industrial, retail and commercial sectors. They were planning a development on Wapping Wharf at Bristol Harbour and had been looking for the ideal container company to work with, cue Lion Containers Ltd. Our client wanted a two storey development, the ground floor containers were required for local retail vendors and the top floor two restaurants. Initially our client sought standard height containers but our fabrications team advised them to have high cubes, as the extra foot in height would be invaluable to their vendors.

Louvred vents supplied and fitted (300mm x 300mm) in right cargo door (1 high level, 1 low level).
12 inch opening/closing porthole window fitted in steel bulk head partition.
18mm ply lined 20ft pellet store and angled pellet feed trough housing at 45 degrees on all 4 sides including partition.
Custom fabricated 600mm x 600mm access hatch. Access opening from boiler room side.
Internally painted boiler room area in RAL 7035.
