Container Case Study

The firm provide integrated packages of solutions for biomethane-to-grid (BtG) projects. The 40ft new build container conversion was required for the storage of gas cylinders.


40ft new build container (one trip)

Grafo-Therm anti condensation coating to roof

910mm wide Kirncroft personnel door installed to centre of front (8ft non cargo door end).

Exterior (including door) painted in RAL5005.

Interior (including door and other conversions) painted in RAL9001

4 x 6ft twin vapour proof lights. Lights equally space in centre of roof, one light in smaller empty area 1219mm of serving hatch.

2 x double sockets placed in 600mm of empty space after serving hatch. 1 x 6 way consumer board with 1 x external isolator. All wired in surface mounted plastic conduit and fully tested.

40mm melamine worktop, with serving hatch 600mm wide, full width on container, counter front and trap door (hinged lid).

Heavy duty boltless widespan stockroom shelving. 600kg UDL per shelf (4 levels), 1980mm high x 1830 long x 610mm deep, 3 each side of container 600mm after serving hatch with 4283 of empty space before cargo doors.
